ABOUT US
Integrity Asset Management (IAM) was formed on September 1, 2003.

Our mission is to provide quality housing to the residents of our communities, to ensure the value appreciation of each asset we manage and to constantly seek ways to improve the performance of each property.  All of these goals must be achieved based on a foundation of integrity, honesty and fair play.

K.C. Griffin, President of IAM, has 17 years management experience in the multi-family housing industry. National Apartment Association designations earned include NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional), CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and CAPS (Certified Apartment Property Supervisor).  K.C. received her Certification as a Low Income Housing Tax Credit Manager in 2001. Industry experience includes tax-credit management, receivership, extensive turnaround and rehabilitation projects and multi-site supervision of 43 properties, 9100 units and over 275 employees.   Client relations, lender relations and financial analysis are strengths that compliment the overall IAM productivity.

Melanie Bailey, Vice-President of IAM has 16 years of management experience in the multi-family industry. Her strengths in maximizing on-site performance, staff training and diligent budget compliance have earned recognition from the Texas Apartment Association and lenders such as Midland Loan Services. National Apartment Association designations held are NALP, CAM and CAPS.  Melanie is also accredited as a COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) by the National Center for Housing Management. Specializing in capital renovations, Melanie has been a guest panel speaker for Multi-Family Housing World and has coordinated renovations with budgets up to $3,000,000.

Melanie and K.C. have both received recognition as top executives under the age of 40 by Multifamily Executive magazine.

Integrity Asset Management is headquartered in El Paso, Texas. Our main office consists of a four person administrative team, an in-house IT Manager and a Training and Compliance Manager with an on-site training facility. Our accounting department consists of two Controllers, one Accounting Manager, four AR Accountants and two AP Accountants. An area Vice-President, Six Regional Managers and 3 District Managers compliment our corporate management team. Five of our Regional Managers hold their NALP, CAM and CAPS designations with the National Apartment Association. Thirty-one of our on-site Managers are NALP and CAM certified by the National Apartment Association. All employees are bonded and insured.

Information technology plays a vital role in our success. We currently use one of the industry’s leading web based software systems (Onesite) and its complimenting accounting program (Intacct) to ensure the most effective and successful daily management of the communities entrusted to us.

Integrity Asset Management currently manages 44 apartment communities in El Paso (6927 units) and 11 apartment communities in Dallas (3189 units) for a total portfolio of 55 properties (10,116 units). Integrity Asset Management has a proven record of increasing the value of properties that have been under-managed or are distressed. Our focus is cash flow, value appreciation and resident satisfaction. Our on-site success is due to persistent rent collection, a consistent and innovative marketing program and strict adherence to budget compliance.
