Our Story

Integrity Asset Management was formed in 2003 by Richard Aguilar, Melanie Bailey and K.C. Griffin with the idea that apartments could be managed better.

Integrity is unique because we look past the numbers and take a balanced approach to management. Our culture and our people define our success. We know that by caring for our Team Members and Residents, they will in turn take care of our assets to achieve the desired business results. We work for a select group of clients who are like-minded in their approach to owning and improving their apartment buildings and who believe in our vision and values. Value appreciation is the result of creating a great living experience.

From grass-roots beginnings, Integrity has grown to be a recognized and respected name in the industry, on a local and national level:

• In 2005, Melanie and K.C. received recognition from Multifamily Executive Magazine as two of the five top multifamily executives nationally.
• In 2011, Melanie received the Texas Apartment Association’s Rita Kerby Regional Supervisor of the Year Award.
• In 2011, Melanie received the National Apartment Association (NAA) Paragon Professional Designate of the Year Award – the highest award in our industry.
• In October 2012, Integrity was recognized by NAA as the number four employer in the nation for NAAEI certified employees.
